PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
While there are still plenty of volunteer opportunities, we need to close pre-registration in order to run reports and do all of the behind-the-scenes magic necessary for an event of this size. Instructions on where and when to register on-site are listed below:
URGENT NEED for Support Services Set-Up Volunteers on Friday, June 9th. This is a physical role - setting up t-tops, tables, chairs, pop-up tents, etc. Nothing too strenuous but you will get a workout. Volunteers needed 8am-4pm, includes lunch. If available for this role, please email Susan at sgreenwood@sowa.org as soon as possible.
- Saturday, June 10th only
- King County Aquatic Center, Federal Way
- Day-of / walk-up volunteers are requested to check in at either 7:45am (for AM and All-Day shifts) or 12:00pm (for PM shifts) - estimated end time is 5pm. Approximately 40 volunteers still needed.
- Volunteers still needed as Marshals, Timers and Place Judges.
- Saturday, June 10th and Sunday, June 11th
- Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma/Parkland
- Day-of / walk-up volunteers are requested to check in at the Athletics Volunteer Check-in Tent near the track and tennis courts
- Saturday volunteers are requested to check in at 6:45am (for AM and All-Day shifts) or 11:00am (for PM shifts) - estimated end time is 4pm. 100+ volunteers still needed.
- Sunday volunteers are requested to check in at 6:45am (for AM and All-Day shifts) or 10:30am (for PM shifts) - estimated end time is 2pm but volunteers are asked to stay for tear down, if able. 100+ volunteers still needed.
- Volunteers still needed in most roles and will be assigned where needed most.
- Only a small number of volunteer shifts are still available for Merchandise Sales, Victory Dance and others.
- Saturday possible shifts begin 12:00pm until 6:30pm
- Sunday possible shifts begin 8:30am until 2:00pm (tear down/clean up)
- General volunteers are asked to check in at the Main Campus volunteer tent outside of Olson Auditorium
- Please be prepared to volunteer indoors or outdoors, wherever the need is greatest.

The minimum age to volunteer is 11. Youth ages 11-13 must volunteer with an adult. Teens ages 14-17 may volunteer on their own in select roles.
